Green Grove, Матара, Шри-Ланка

This is a lovely place to stay in Matara. Very close to the local Midiha beach and one km from the Polhena beach. Both beaches are good. The room is basic but very comfortable and clean and bathroom was also very clean. The family that runs the place is a very nice, warm-hearted, hardworking family. They also serve good breakfast (not included in the tariff). They arranged for our transportation while we were there and a car to take us to our next destination - all at competent prices. It is very close to some really great restaurants by the ocean. They have another guest house just opposite to theirs which has a swimming pool that we could use! We will definitely recommend to the place to everyone.

This is a wonderful hotel. The owners were so helpful. It is in a beautiful setting off the main road. The rooms are immaculate. Its well located and has it's own private beach a short walk away. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend the Srilankan breakfast. It's connected to The Beach Inns, a well run establishment close by. We had a brilliant time here, so relaxing, and would definitely stay here again!
