I like this place very much. Close to the ocean. In the room is very fresh. At the balcony was very sunny, calm)))
I like this place. 5 min from the ocean. You can feel wind from ocean. In the room is comfortable. I can hear how birds are singing.
The place is super clean. The room was comfy and had a little balcony in front. Hot water, strong WiFi. Free welcome teapot. Nice breakfast at an additional charge.
The reason I ended up here was that another place I booked through this app double booked my room and told me to find another place at around 4 p.m.

Location was good, the owner was friendly. I needed a kitchen, so that was perfect for me, and all good, Thanks.
We rented two rooms upstairs. Although they were not air-conditioned, the fens did a decent job of keeping the heat down. The owner's family lives downstairs and never bothered us, and if we needed anything, help was always provided immediately. The house is located in a very quiet area, there is a direct entrance to the Bentota platform and further along the overpass to the beach (only 5 minutes walk). The bed linen was clean, the plumbing was in good working order, the electrics and gas stove worked properly. PS: for swimming with children there is a bay without waves 300m to the left of the main entrance to the beach.
