The breakfast is very complete and delicious, the beach Is close and the staff IS very kind.

Great value for money. It's very calm and the owners and employees are very welcoming. Thank you for the amazing breakfast.
Room felt spacious, clean and well-designed. Had access to fully equipped kitchen on 3rd floor (could cut fruits, use a gas stove and saucers). Local-price shops and lunch nearby. A bit distanced from the crowded part of Mirissa, but it takes just around 10 minutes walk to reach the main beach. Just cross the main road to get to a smaller wild beach

The breakfasts were huge and delicious. Loved the fruit and egg hoppers. The room was comfortable with a large balcony and it is located close to Coconut Hill, beaches and shops.
