Nice hotel with just 9 rooms and direct access to the beach. They have beach beds, umbrellas, towels everything for hotel guests. Very convenient location in Unawatuna - restaurants, bars, stores, etc are just a few minutes walking. We had room on the 3rd floor with balcony and beautiful sea view! The breakfast was nice with sea view as well. The stuff are super nice - they help with everything, including carrying the luggage upstarts, etc. The owner is there pretty much everyday making sure everything is immaculate. Super nice guy, we communicated with him a lot about Sri Lanka and life in general and he did a farewell dinner for us, making traditional Sri-Lankan food. Can't dream of a better treatment than that! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing location overlooking the Unawatuna bay. It was clean, staff was super nice and attentive, the restaurant serves really delicious fresh fish every day. Really enjoyed my stay here and would visit again.

Great hotel right on the beach location is definitely the main point we stayed here. Walk into town for nice restaurants and bars.
