Mahesa is a good communicator. He gave us very clear instructions before we got there.

A beautiful large apartment, ideal for several people. Big kitchen/fridge/microwave. Many local takeaways. Completely private unspoilt views of the garden and surrounding trees/neighbourhood through the large glass walls to the house. Two decent sized double bedrooms, both en-suite and with adequate AC. Nicely furnished and homely/stylish, classic with modern twist. Large dining table ideal for groups/families. Accommodating owners that are offering value-for-money. Large outdoor patio area with seating for 4 or 5. Very secure, the caretaker is there 24/7.
I really like the whole set up and staying there was a pleasure. Would like to give me special thanks to Mr Premachandra and Mrs Soma who's staying there to look after the property very well. And I specially like Soma's food and they both were very friendly and helpful all the time. My son had a great time staying there too and its very kids friendly too.
My grateful thanks to the owners Mahesa and Anil who were quick to respond and helped me a lot when I needed to take care of my leg in a hospital.
