Beautiful! A complete oasis of calm - so tranquil. The gardens are just stunning - so many beautiful plants. It's a very quiet and peaceful area but very close to restaurants and shops. The room itself was wonderful too - immaculately clean with high quality furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The owner and his family are very friendly, kind and helpful - offering lots of good advice for places to go and things to see. The breakfast each morning was delicious - very generous with lots of fresh fruit. The omelettes in particular were a favourite. We were there for several days but could easily have stayed much longer. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we ever go back to Unawatuna. Thank you.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful and tranquil hotel - the gardens are just stunning! The plants and flowers are so lovely to be amongst, and perfect for anyone just wanting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of town. Very helpful and friendly owner, who every morning provides a delicious and very generous breakfast. The location is also good - just a short walk to shops, eateries and the train station. The hotel is in a very beautiful garden in a quiet district. After we saw the garden, we wanted to stay longer. The room was clean and looked like in the pictures. The hotel's owner is kind and ready to help if anything is needed. Breakfast was nice. And it can be cooked to your taste.

The best shower we have had in all of Sri Lanka. Super nice and attentive host who helped us whenever we had any questions or when we needed to arrange a tuktuk ride. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the accommodation is quiet and clean and the rooms are spacious. Also the breakfast was great - 10/10 would recommend.

I loved being away from the busy, touristy beaches. Beautiful gardens, spacious, quiet and secluded. Close to the train station
