Very nice place! Fresh and clean rooms. Helpful stuff, good location. Really good place to stay before peak journey

This is a lovely spot up in the hills at the start of the trail up Sri Pada. You can do the trail right from the house. Anushka the owner went out of his way to show us around, and was a fantastic host. He has a wonderful vision for the place. We dipped our feet in the river and had them nibbled by fish. And Anushka taught us how to play Carrom. A lot of fun! We ate a great and cheap dinner in the local village.

It was a bit of a building site while we were there, as they were just finishing the second floor of the building, and some of the gardens too. When all finished I think it will be very nice.

Cons: Still unfinished, restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive for the location. I would prefere go elsewhere.

Pros: Great place when you are planing to go to the Sri Pada/Adams Peak.

Advise: the hike to the top will take around 4:30h if you are in a good condition. But it’s a serious hike!

The staff is super, the location is perfect. A bit of an adventure to get there and we love that. Beautiful garden with birds and monkeys nearby. The food is amazing and the portions huge.

The nearby waterfall is a must go. We highly recommend the eco lodge to other travelers.
