The rooms are super clean, and the equipment and amenities are well-prepared. The host, Priyaga-san, is very kind and well-cared for, so I could stay comfortable and convenient. He welcomed me even though I arrived very late, at midnight.

This spacious apartment had everything we needed! Fully equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with separate toilet and shower, seating area with a flatscreen TV and a balcony. Very nice hosts! It is a bit outside but there is a bus stop directly in front of the apartment and you can drive very easily to the center of Colombo.

Clean apartment with homely effect, fully furnished, equipped, spacious and comfortable. Closer to hospitals, food shops and easy to locate. Staff and owners were very good, helpful and cooperative. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest like our own home. This was my third stay at Paramount Residence.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Peliyagoda Colombo

All the amenities and the specious facilities. this is the one of the best places I ever had in SL. It is very near to popular Kelaniya temple & the all the bus routes and the station too. all the big super markets are just near by. I very much loved the facilities provided & the location. we had everything in our apartment , I had a feeling like our home. Its A/C , superb Bed, very large bathroom , washing machine , fridge / microwave , cooking hob , all the utensils , including cutleries and linen, shampoo , conditioners too. it was super sofa , Free Wi-Fi and also the very secure parking facilities in side. I enjoyed well, and I will be there again for sure. No comments to tell about your service Mr Priyanka Perera. Simply its Superb & all inclusive , No one can find such specious place for this value.
