Definitely a good find! I chose sunflower House bc they had aircon & close to ocean. ( most of the budget friendly places that close to the ocean don't have aircon)
The family is very friendly, there is a washing machine & covered porch to hang a few things to dry. Shared refrigerator available . Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. Short walk to main street near produce stands & other vendors. Short walk the other direction to beaches (without having to cross a busy street) I'd stay there again.
The room is spacious and VERY quiet what I appreciate a lot. The owners are more than kind,valways ready to help.
Great place, only downside was the owner didn't have change so I had to pay an extra 100 rupees. Also no fridge.
This is a nice accommodation that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host and their family are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is great, with easy access to the main road and both Weligama and Midigama.
