Charming, good size room, very clean and well appointed. Nice hot water for the shower, mosquito net and soft sheets made it incredibly restful after a long drive. The hosts in particular enhanced our visit - they were friendly and so helpful, and provided help with wifi, directions and a beautiful breakfast on a lovely porch filled with plants. We had specified a need for parking, which was granted in a very secure and convenient spot.

I stayed here two nights and I found Indu and Kumudu to be lovely hosts. From the moment I arrived they were warm and welcoming and immediately sat me down with a cup of tea. The property is a ten-twenty minute walk from the center of Mirissa, but as a result it feels like an escape from the regular Sri Lankan bustle. If you want to replace the sounds of buses with the sounds of birds, this is the place.

My room was large, comfortable, and clean with hot water and excellent AC. The environment is quiet at night making for an ideal rest.

Breakfast was fantastic both days, and the view of the garden while you're eating on the patio is fantastic.

Can't recommend this place enough. I would have stayed a few more days if they weren't already booked up!

Fantastic host! Genuine people who actually care about making sure your trip in Sri Lanka goes well. Also the breakfast is terrrific!

Comfortable rooms and absolutely amazing hosts. They were kind enough to store my bags for the day and even dry my shoes after I accidentally got them wet at the beach. WiFi worked very well, as did the AC and the power outlets.

The hosts were very welcoming & helped me book a taxi on checkout. The breakfasts they made were DELICIOUS!

The room was well air conditioned, bathroom was clean and hosts gave me another towel.

If I come back to Mirissa, I am sure to come back here!
