I stayed here for a week and it’s the perfect place to re-charge and it’s so comfortable! 10 mins walk to the main center and to the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I definitely recommend The Classic as a solo female traveler. I felt extremely safe and comfortable. It’s also situated with easy access to Welligama, Midigama, Mirissa, and Ahangama which are all a short bus ride away for less than $1! The bus stops right off the main road The Classic. Pros: -great price -universal location -very quiet, safe neighborhood -less than 10 minute walk to the beach -fully equipped and spacious kitchen/dining area -dining area has full speed wifi -free filtered water -the family who runs it are very kind and accommodating to anything you need -nice hot showers -laundry service or bucket available to do your own -even with a shared bathroom, it was always clean and available -two fans and mosquito net made the room comfortable -bicycle for rent

There were no mosquito nets in the room, it wasn’t an issue as there were no mosquitoes around. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly!

Lovely apartment! You can go anywhere on foot. There is a kitchen and fridge that you can use. We had a shared bathroom and it was always super clean. The owner is super kind and friendly! Absolutely recommend!

Wow. What an amazing place. Quiet, comfortable, well-located, and the kindest, most attentive hosts. Can't wait to return for a long stay.
