Comfortable guesthouse backed onto one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka. Rooms were clean and of reasonable size, small pool a refreshing addition with multiple patio/seating areas. I was in regular touch with a coordinator from the Kay Jay HQ who was responsive with good English - he helpfully arranged tuks and taxis when there were language barriers with the local team.

Amazing location several kilometers of perfect beach with golden sand no rocks and good sea for swimming. The property is very close to the beach and our room looked over it and we could hear the waves. Wi Fi and air conditioning worked well and the staff were kind . Breakfast was ok.

Facilities and modern property. Staff were super friendly. Nice clean beach out front and short walk to restaurants and bottle shop

Wow - we are so glad we stayed here, we thought we may have been a bit too far out of the main area, but was so glad that we were in the end! We had the beach to ourselves, with nobody for miles, the pool was superb and staff were great.

Great breakfast to chose and great staff, friendly and very helpful!
