Drongo place, Диквелла, Шри-Ланка

I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved this place! It's truly a little oasis with the nice garden setting and monkeys, squirrel and birds around. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was very fast so great for staying long-term and doing some work! The family is so lovely and will help you with whatever you need (bike rental, laundry). The highlight was probably the incredible breakfast, which was different every day and absolutely delicious. The coconut rotis and potato curry were by far the best I tasted! Highly recommended for Hiriketiya / Dickwella stay!!

The Drongo place is a very precious spot in the middle of the nature just few minutes from the Hiriketeya village. You can get very good rest and wake up with the birds singing. Is a perfect place for those who are looking for some tranquility, nourishment and that likes to enjoy the Hiriketeya beach without being in the middle of the agitation and crowds. The family is super lovely and very helpfull at any moment. They help to arrange bycicles, scooters and help in any way need. I’m very greatful for all the loving and kindness I felt in this place. I never thought about coming a second time to Sri Lanka, but the rememberance of the peace and safety of this place made it posible to consider a second experince.
