The staff was the highlight of our stay. Extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the manager, Daniel. It has a very central location, it was very clean, comfortable and welcoming.
The staff was my favorite part they were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. It is located in. Great part of town and yet was still quiet at night.

Old style but with character room.
An excellent location near parque Calderon in the heart of the historic Center. We have stayed in many hotels in Cuenca but never really 'found our spot'. We are happy to stay that Hotel Carvallo is 'the spot'. We loved everything about it: The breakfast, the amazing staff, the room, the incredible shower. Very quiet and comfortable and great value.
