Отель просто супер!!!
Все прекрасно; приятно удивил телеканал "Дождь".
В номерах с окнами на улицу шумно.
Отличное расположение отеля через дорогу от старого города. Спа с большим бассейном, джакузи, сауной и хамамом. В честь годовщины подарили бесплатное посещение Спа на время всего отдыха, шампанское и сладости:)
Хороший отель: дружелюбный сервис, отличный вид из окна, в номере есть все необходимое.
Высокая слышимость в номере; странные подушки.
Очень приятный персонал. Пошли нам на встречу и изменили даты невозвратной брони в связи с нашей необходимостью более раннего отъезда. Есть два русскоговорящих сотрудника. Вкусный завтрак. Отличное расположение прямо на площади Свободы. Лучше брать верхние этажи, на нижнем возможно будет шумновато от дороги. Мы жили на 5, было отлично. Хороший спа - бассейн, джакузи, хамам и сауна. В спа бесплатная газированная и негазированная вода, полотенца, бумажные полотенца для сауны, лежаки и стулья. Лифт спускается прямо в спа - можно сразу ехать в халатах и тапочках. В отеле есть небольшой спорт зал. В номере - чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, чашки, ложки, бокалы, открывашка, одноразовые гигиенические наборы, шапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, бальзам, мыло, халат, тапочки, губка для обуви, ложка для обуви, сейф, холодильник. Платный минибар. При отеле есть ресторан Konrad.
В номере нет ни единой полки ни в столе, ни в тумбочках возле кровати. Очень шумно закрывается входная дверь. Платный спа для стандартных номеров - 10 евро с человека в сутки.
