Домашняя спокойная обстановка, доброжелательные русскоязычные хозяева, 20-25 минут пешком до центра города. В номере тесновато, но уютно, телевизор, холодильник, ванная. Номеров немного, поэтому не шумно. На цокольном этаже уютная общая кухня.
Звукоизоляция не очень, но это не сильно напрягало, цена вполне адекватная условиям.
