This hotel was incredible! Everything about it was excellent and exceeded expectations - the room size, the location, the accessibility, the neighborhood. The room was very spacious and even had a gaming computer that my child loved using during down time. We were in close walking distance to the metro line and to several amazing neighborhoods, especially Insa-dong. The food options around us were plentiful as well. But most of all the staff and the hotel were excellent. They were so kind and accommodating and addressed every question we had and helped us book tours and taxis. The laundry access was great and really helped us deal with the hot, muggy days. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Jongno Amare. The following are the standouts: ~The room was clean and regularly made by staff. ~The front desk was very helpful and friendly. ~There's a refrigerator beside the hotel's entrance where guests can get as many chilled bottled water as they please. The placement is very helpful in reminding me to bring a bottle before heading out.

The hotel was in a great, central location and was easy to find. Staff were helpful. The rooms were quite spacious for Seoul, very clean and comfortable.

The room was great, the room was very clean and maintained well throughout our stay. Staff spoke English and were always ready to help. The taxi reservation to the airport was reliable and a great price as well. The location was wonderful - easy access to 3 different subway lines. Convenience stores and restaurants were also very close by.
