Staff was excellent very helpful, room clean had everything we needed for a good rest. Locate in the center of the town close to everything.
We arrived tired after a long drive in the rain, so we especially appreciated the courtesy of the lovely woman at the front desk on Wednesday, April 2nd. She kindly helped us to resolve an error in our booking (our fault). She also recommended a nearby restaurant (that met our dietary needs) and suggested we purchase the hotel breakfast. In a few short minutes, she had fully met our needs! The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, Gomidam, was only a 5-minute walk away and was fabulous. We enjoyed pork belly grilled at our table AND the hotel had given us a coupon for 10% off our meal! PS There are several restaurants nearby. Finally, we truly enjoyed the hotel breakfast, a small Korean buffet which was tasty, nourishing and well-presented (Hi Nicole!). Thank you, Citi Hotel Hyeoksin in Wonju Innovation City, :)
Stayed for two nights with my sister to visit Chiak Mountain. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Deluxe twin room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Reception was efficient and friendly. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance.
