The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very attentive and friendly, and they cleaned my room every day! All equipment and appliances (AC, fridge, microwave, outlet) in the room works! except the TV remote needs new battery. It also had a good firm bed. For premium rate you got free snacks and drinks every day in the fridge, worth the extra cost! The front desk staff lend a free international plug. Good variety breakfast menu, and a great location adjacent to many restaurants and many stores/malls within the walking distance. The manager of the hotel was very friendly.

Breakfast is typical with other hotels, but the value for money of their breakfast is excellent. The check-in process is very smooth and the staff communicates in English well. They even made some recommendations in the city when asked.
