I'll book the hotel again on my next visit to Jeju for sure. The staff was attentive and professional. The maids did a great job cleaning and providing towels and pet pads. The parking lot wasn't big enough, but it was not a big deal. The convenience store was a plus.
We had a pet with us, and this room provided a bed and bowl for them. Beds were comfy, the room was spacious too, and they have a small convenient store at the lobby which can help with late-night cravings.
Clean, modern, staff all spoke good English and were very helpful and kind.
Good location, very stylish design of the hotel and the room, just feels nice to be there.
I want to thank the reception manager who was at the reception on 3.-4. of May 2023 - when we just asked to call us a taxi to a Hallasan National Park, the gentleman had called the park, enquired about trail conditions, advised us not to go there (as it was raining and windy and trail was closed) and recommended another trail on the coast. It was a great day thanks to him!
The room was big and clean. It has an excellent location near Haundae Beach ... just one block away. It feels very lively at night but not noisy.
