Everything about the hotel was great from the first moment entering the lobby with the great smell and smile of the staff. The reception staff were very professional and kind. The best of all that I dealt with is the Rooms Supervisor, James Park, who were very supportive when I extended our stay by one day and he upgraded the rooms free of charge. Beside the staff, the rooms were spacious, the Gym was outstanding, and the location was prime. The only thing one needs to be aware of is that about the Pools which are only accessible by membership of fees.

Great location and subway station was in front of the Lotte department store that is attached to the hotel! There are food choices as well in the basement level of the store. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had so many choices. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very nice with comfortable rooms and comfy beds. It is also close to subway lines making it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options (both Eastern and Western foods.) I also appreciated that a resort fee wasn't charged for anything we may or may not use. We could pay if we wanted to access the gym, spa, or pool. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is central but except for the Lotte Department store (part of the complex) there was neither much shopping or things of interest nearby but the subway is just there to get around Busan. the buffet breakfast was amazing.. For a one night stay it was perfect for us as we were visiting friends in Busan.
