The location is perfect as the hotel is connected to lotte world, lotte mall, and the lotte department store, and it is just a few minutes away from lots attractions. As for the Staff they were all very professional and very helpful it made my stay even better and easier. Lastly, the rooms are very clean and modern i would recommend the hotel for anyone interested in staying at jamsil!

We had a suite for 16 days, good functional space. Mini bar and facilities very functional, and free first round of drinks is a nice touch. Very accommodating staff and service, asked for extra towels, water and ice, sent swiftly. Housekeeping very thorough and kinda learnt our preference after the 5th day. But we did get a few days of "misses", perhaps a different person/team? Location is almost second to none! Having access to multiple malls and public transportation is so so convenient!

Nice hotel, my daughter Najlah like the hotel so much. she even wanted to rate them 10 out of 10. Attached to the theme park (Adventure world). Attached to the Mall. Nice food court just under the hotel in the Basement of Lotte department store.
