All are clean.
Advertised on the internet that there is a restaurant, arrived and was then informed that the restaurant is closed. Advertising is inaccurate and false.
1. No batteries in the TV remote.
2. Light bulbs are not working.
3. No soap in the bathrooms.
4. Fridge was not working.
5. No coffee/kettle in the room. (although there is no room service or restaurant nothing is still available in the room.)
I think the advertising on the internet is inaccurate so a standard was expected from my side and it was not delivered.
If I was informed before than the situation would have been different.
But the client should always pay, although the information was incorrect.
