The staff if friendly,especially Mr Vincent who was easy to approach and he made our stay very well.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The place is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.

What truly stood out for me was how thoughtful and considerate they were, especially knowing we weren’t used to the blistering cold of Qwaqwa. They went the extra mile to make sure we were warm and cozy, providing electric blankets and a gas heater without us even having to ask. That kind of care and attention to detail really made a difference.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and top-notch hospitality.

Service was good overall warm water and comfortable bedding and room clean and butiful

Breakfast and Dinner very good. Unfortunately no Salt and Butter / margarine for eggs and bread.

Vincent gave us excellent service even if there were no electricity.
