The location, the humility of both the owner of the property and the reception lady. That for me supersedes all others. They are welcoming , friendly and you feel at home
The property is close to shops, easily accessible. It was very cold and the host supplied us with heaters. Grace was very kind to us we even used her salt, thank you Grace, may you do that kindness to others too.
One of our colleagues was locked inside the toilet and the host didn't hesitate to come to our rescue.
It was lovely to be coming back to a place that we already stayed at - feeling at home away from home :-)
My second time visiting and I'll definitely be going back again. Grace the lady who works there is really friendly to me.
Unlimited hot water that was great seeing how cold the room is. Very quiet too.
