The staff were extremely accommodating. They fixed an issue I had immediately and I observed them assisting another guest with something I thought they wouldn't do. I was impressed. The beach, the layout of the place screams tropical paradise

This was our 2nd visit. Our first was with our 2 teenage daughters pre Covid. This visit was our 2nd re our 35th anniversary celeb on Feb. 10th. But we booked our stay Feb.21 -23 due to work demands. 1. The front desk and dining room staff were very customer friendly for those who attended to us. 2. Night Entertainment was good with room for improvement re the stage lighting setup. You can speak to my husband for him to explain further. 3. All Saturday meals were very good compared to the Friday night dinner. We loved the Jamaucan breakfast and dinner offerings. 4. Hotel layout is nicer seen pyhsically.. We toured the property and were amazed at the different room types options versus our Courtyard setting. 5. We will try the others for our next visit.

The food was good. Most of the dinning room staffs were friendly and attentive especially Andrew. The bartenders were on par. The entertainment crew was good.
