Everything was exceptional about the resort! Would definitely stay again.
The food and the entire vibe of the resort were perfect.
The poolside festivities the food was extremely delicious. All of your people are well trained customer centric individuals. I love it in particular Miss Danise with the handling of customers at check-in, making sure we all felt valued was just outstanding and Ms Vanessa/Ms Nera in the delivery of excellent culinary delights

The staff was very warm and the amenities were great. The concierge staff and front desk, particularly Janique and Tiana, made our stay relaxed and memorable. It seems a great deal is invested in customer service. You helped make his special day a successful celebration. Keep up the good work!
