I did appreciate the aesthetics of the property- beautiful landscaping, large room (double Junior suite w/Queen beds), nice furnishings, modern bath rooms. Wait times at the restaurant was 2 hours. There were not enough towels for two guests and no bathrobes in the room which led me to believe the room had not been serviced even though we checked in late and informed the hotel ahead of time. Check in and check out were lengthy. At check in we were offered beverages but not at check out. The whirlpool spa tub was not operational.

Located about 20mins away from MBJ airport. I usually do not have high expectations for meals in all inclusive, but the quality and variety was there. Highly recommend the Oceana and the Hibachi restaurant! Clean, comfortable Room service did take about 30-1hr but the quality was good! If you ask for more hard liquor in the alcohol staff will put more in for you. Very friendly staff Lot of activities Wifi was very slow. Bars open at 10am. No alcoholic beverage in the room service. Toilet clogs easily. Very expensive glass boat

My room was clean and it was serviced everyday. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. That the wifi service was not good, once i left my room. Had issues connecting most of the time. It was in and out depending where I was on the property

Attitude of everyone was awesome! Made u feel very welcome. Picked up dirty towels when room was made up, failed to leave any clean towels. After 3 phone calls and being told the were coming never received them until the next day when we got ourselves.
