Sajan was excellent. He helped guide me about the facilities and the options and we landed on the perfect fit for my stay! 5 stars!
The staff was exceptionally professional in spite of the language challenges. I do not know Japanese but the staff made great efforts to communicate and support my needs.
Location, location, location. Did not know the city well, decided to take a 3D2N trip to look around Niigata and sample the local food and Japanese sake. The hotel did not disappoint. Great staff, professional and warm and the rooms were newly renovated so they look modern and comfortable and welcoming. Had a good rest. Slept well.
The breakfast was excellent with high quality and varied options for both Japanese and western style.
Exceptionally clean: rooms, windows, hallways, literally spotless.

Breakfast is one of the best I ever had in a hotel with a huge variety of freshly cooked food, both japanese and western style breakfast. Offers local Niigata produce (like youghurt), which is great to experience. Absolutely amazing and very tasty.
Kura restaurant offers amazing variety. A bit on the expensive sidez but has great range of courses to choose from.
The location is 11 minutes away walk from Niigata station, but very close to Lovela shopping mall, and multiple conbinis. Great for taking a stroll to the river embankment.
I'm extremely pleased with my stay, and can't express enough gratitude to the staff. Keep on keeping on!
