The location and staff at this property are amazing!

location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Otsuka station. convenience stores are all over, perfect to catch the usual conbini runs and late night food cavings. there is even a don quixote at the other side of the station! although the rooms are cleaned every 3 days, one can always request daily making up of the room at no extra charge. towels are fresh daily, as well as the coffee and usual amenities, distributed in a plastic bag in each room. the onsen is a plus! leaving the luggages was smooth as there are now QR codes. the area is quiet, perfect ending to a bustling day into the usual tourist spots.

The rooms were small but that is what is expected in Tokyo but there was underbed storage which helped with storing the luggage. The beds were comfortable and we opened the windows for fresh air but it wasn't noisy. There were convenience stores nearby which was great but not much room to eat in the room. The location was great as it was a very short walk to the station and although slightly away from the centre it was very easily accessible on the local trains. It was good value especially during Golden Week. The reception staff were very helpful in advising us when our luggage arrived.

Great hotel with a very comfortable onsen for guests to use. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very easy to check-in. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
