quiet but lively area hotel is steps away from a station exit on the Ginza line and walking distance to Hie Shrine
The staff are very kind, and the check-in and check-out system is automatic and easy to understand.
Great location, very good service, reception was very helpful, especially after our luggage got delayed at the airport, they coordinated the delivery and it went off without a hitch without us having to worry about it. The room was just right.
It was right next to a train station, the room was clean and had enough room, the shower and all bathroom facilities worked great and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
The hotel is really well located, 100m from a metro station that has one of the lines that pass through most of the most visited places in Tokyo (e.g., shibuya and ueno). The staff is amazing and the hold the luggage before and after checkout.
