Clean, kind and helpful staff, generous disposables like razor and cotton swabs, near several train stations, convenience stores and stores, fresh pajamas every day, amazing amenities in the room, and beautiful room itself!

The area of Hamamatsucho is extremely safe and the location of the Hotel is very close to the JR Rail station, less than 5 min walk. Dennys restaurant is opposite the train station within a 4 min walk to the property for a more western breakfast option. There is a 7 Eleven and Lawson also within easy walk less than 2-3 mins. Great little restaurants and bars are also at the door step within 200m. Room was made up daily with fresh towels, staff were friendly although an English language barrier for more complicated things like printing out return flight tickets ( 7 Eleven, 1 block away downstairs has a printer). The common food area was clean and well maintained and the hotel provided free toiletries, pajamas, tea, coffee and ice machine. Bag storage and umbrellas also supplied free of charge. Great for families, I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Tokyo.

Accessible to subway station and a lot of food places, also close to Tokyo Tower. Walkable to Ginza. The room was typical small size for Tokyo, but coin laundry was nice amenity as well as the bathroom was clean and spacious. Shower was nice. And there were outlets on both sides of the bed.

The toilet on the ground floor is some kind of spa facility. That’s why they put a time limit of 15 mins per person xD Tea and coffee available for free downstairs. Close to the public transport station which is connected with almost everything. The room is actually equipped with almost everything despite the size.

Great property in great location. Few minutes walk to JR or subway. There were lots of negative reviews on the room size. However we stayed in a room with double bunk beds. The room is huge with sitting area, hallway with bench and closet for luggage storage / clothes. The bathroom is large with double sinks ( great for travelling with family need to get ready at the same time in the morning. Surprise that the bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer which is another plus for people with long hair ( can dry the hair in no time). Another plus is there is a 5 stars bakery right next to the hotel. We went there 3 days in a row to get freshly baked bread instead of 7-11 for breakfast. Another great thing is there is washer and dryer on our floor. Our floor only had two units which means we didn’t need to line up or stay up the night to wait for empty washer or dryer.
