Staff and coffee and it’s close to station and Nissan Stadium
I love the amenities and how friendly the staff is. Very helpful!
The small, clean, and comfortable hotel near Shin Yokohama. Staff are so friendly, although we communicated mostly by using google translate or Tarzan language, they always get the message right! Very strategic location near big train/metro hub (Shin Yokohama) with various restaurants, cafes, and big drug stores that sell almost everything!
The hotel was fully booked and got me the smoking room, with plenty of room freshener ready to help reduce the smoking odor away. Actually, in the room, the smell is not bad. Only in lift lobby and corridor that have strong smell. So we rarely use the room freshener.
I have a good view from my window, and watch the full moon and half moon when I was there.
All in all my stay for a week at this hotel is very nice, I have no complaints. I will be happy to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.
The room was nice and clean. They had a robe that actually fit me, and that made me very happy too. The bathtub was also deep, and taking a bath was very relaxing. The location is perfect, and the price was fairly decent.
Nothing to say but they are excellent in any way. I would enjoy staying there next trip.
