The blankets were too thick, and it was very hot in the room at the time of checking in, but other than that, a very nice hotel
Great size of the room. They kindly adapted to my request to have a park-facing room.
Free hot spring comes with free popsicles and free washing machine service (!!!!)
Free late night snack (a decent bowl of soup noodles).
Location to the train station was a short 4 minute walk. The staff was acccompdating.
My dinner restaurant was a 1 minute walk.
The whole Dormy Inn concept was good before, but has definitely gotten much more solid. I was surprised at the variety of the seasonal and regional breakfast choices.
Please keep up the good hard work!!
The rooms were fantastic. The onsen was perfect after a long day of traveling. The staff were very helpful (they spoke English). We were very impressed with the number of complimentary things available: toothbrushes and toothpaste, a free bowl of ramen after 9:30pm, complementary snacks/drinks after the onsen, pajamas (robes) which you can wear around the hotel and onsen. They even had umbrellas we could borrow for the day since it was raining pretty heavy. Excellent place and excellent stay. Having travelled many places in the world and stayed in many hotels, this has to be the best one by far (and I am also including significantly more expensive places as well).
Breakfast is good. Free noodles in the evening. Laundry is free. Dryer service is cheap.
