The location. Not too far from the shopping mall, train station and many convenience stores nearby.

Clean, spacious, good lighting and easily accessible. Good signage to make it easy to find. It is close to various restaurants and a grocery store for quick meals or snacks. Kitchenette was well equipped with all of the basic utensils for the option to cook. The fridge was an appropriate size for the apartment.

Close to a supermarket. Enough space for a family of 4.

Very friendly staff, was quiet and very clean. There is a traditional restaurant across from the grocery store that was amazing. Best traditional Japanese restaurant of our entire trip. Also nice having the grocery store so close.

Feels like a home away from home. Well equipped rooms, and having 2 showers and 2 toilets is very useful. With kitchen and utensils, and a supermarket just down the road, this is an excellent place to stay. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a drying function, which means the washing machine can be put to good use (but be prepared to deal with appliances in Japanese). I did not see it listed but there is also a clothes rack. It's actually very well located for public transport, as there are both train and bus options, as long as you don't mind transferring. Staff are all remote (you might spot a cleaner or someone cleaning up the tax collection box, but they're not there to help you), but this is perfectly fine if you're the kind of traveler that is comfortable with organising everything yourself.
