We loved this little hotel. It was convenient to the Akita Inu museum. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. There is a Lawson’s convenience store right across the street too. The restaurant across the street was on of the best meals we have had in Japan and was very reasonably priced. The hotel has coin laundry available, which was perfect for halfway through our trip. The TV has an option to cast your own streaming account from your phone to your TV, so we could watch shows in English easily. I was initially concerned that the room has two beds and not one as we are a couple, but the beds were very comfortable and easily moved together. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the station and we genuinely enjoyed our stay in Odate.

Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choices. Beds were very comfortable. I thought it was very good value. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
