The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond, and were patient with my lack of speaking Japanese. They have a shuttle to get you to either end of Amanohashidate, including the train station. The hotel was very clean, with great value, and I loved the free coffee and tea station in the afternoon. Laundry facilities on site were handy, too.
