The staff was very helpful, always willing to help. Customer service was excellent! Breakfast was good

We celebrated our son’s birthday here and the staff did a tremendous job. They accommodated my requests and replied to my questions immediately. We’ll be back for sure.

The rooms were clean and a good and comfortable size. The breakfast was wonderful. I really appreciated the hotel's small efforts to provide free sustainable, recycled plastic, paper wrapped, toiletries and aluminum water bottles. The staff was really welcoming, helpful, and responsive.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and my husband was really impressed with the gym. Breakfast was amazing- I wish I were hungrier to take more advantage of all the different types of food. We only stayed for one night but would have stayed longer if we could. There is so much to do in Nagoya and we only touched the surface. Hope to return in the future!
