The front desk is open daily from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Know Before You Go

• Hot springs access available from noon to noon.
• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
