They have a strategic location for travelers going to Disney, they provide a shuttle bus that takes you directly to Maihama station. Staff is very friendly and responsive.
I love the pillows , the beds , the staff , the free soup at night ! The foot massage machine in the bedrooms !
We really liked the good location of the hotel, because you can visit Disney and also Tokyo is not far away. After the first three nights we’ve got an upgrade to a bigger double room. The room was exceptional clean, very comfortable and so beautiful.
The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Lot of choices, also for vegetarians like us.
But the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff. They were all very professional, polite, friendly and so kind and they all made our stay unforgettable and very special.
Thank you again for everything. We loved every minute in your hotel.
We stayed here a few nights at the beginning of our 6 weeks trip trough Japan and we liked this hotel so much that we changed our plans for the last 8 nights. Instead of staying in Tokyo city centre we booked this hotel again. Unfortunately there was only a small double room available, but it was very clean and cozy.
The location is very good for Disney and also for Tokyo (from Maihama Station to Tokyo Station only around 15 min).
Staff is exceptional friendly and professional and breakfast was very good.
We can highly recommend this hotel.
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms overall had everything we needed. Shuttle service was very convenient and breakfast had good variety of food.
