Room and the bed was big, enjoyed the tv subscription services was free netflix amazon prime etc
The room was beautiful, just ment for couples. A little awkward since I was traveling with my teenage son to have a vibrator and condoms in the room. But other then that the place was fantastic! Huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and sauna. I even got breakfast and dinner each day. Breakfast was interesting cabbage salad with a scoop of potato salad with two croissants. Dinner was great with a big menu to choose from.
The amenities were absolutely fantastic! The best in Japan. They really had absolutely everything. I even had a massage chair in my room. Also, it’s the only hotel I’ve ever seen that has a karaoke machine inside the room. Very cool hotel! The room service was free and super quick. Really a nice place to stay!
Really amazing stay, very relaxing and romantic for couples. I enjoyed the room service breakfast and the Jacuzzi for sure.
The room was exceptional.
Dinner choices, included in the rate, were very good.
The receptionist was very helpful.
