Room furnishings are a little old. The closet door creaks etc. But the rooms are very well setup. Much more spacious than than other budget hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast buffet is awesome. It's about a 20min walk from Tokai station, and a 15min walk to the bus that goes to j-parc. So if you're visiting j-parc for work and the dorms are full, this is quite a reasonable option instead of staying far away in Mito hotels.

The location is ideal for a stay in Tokai, it is a 15 minute walk to Tokai station. Free bicycle rental made further transport ideal. The staff were friendly and spoke good English in most cases.

there're free amenities, coffee and tea.

buffet breakfast had good selection of choice.

Looks newly renovated even if building is old, great value for money hotel
