Although our stay was short, it exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful and the location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was a good and varied.

The location was great, it’s located next to the train station and bus stop. Breakfast was awesome!!

I enjoyed this town and the hotel a great deal. The hotel was a stones-throw-away from the train station. Check-in was quick and the lobby staff were respectful and greeted me with a smile. Double-check, but I think check-in was 2 pm which was nice. They had a nice selection of self-care products in the lobby. I felt very secure leaving my belongings in my room. An in room safe is provided. The cleaning staff were meticulous and very caring. I loved walking to the nearby temple and climbing the stairs and walking to the shrine atop of the hill in the early morning. I also enjoyed visiting the observation site with views of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was amazing. They provide a great selection of breakfast item and also cooked your omelets anyway you liked them. In a nutshell, it was another outstanding Japanese hotel.
