The unit is clean, comfortable, needed items in the kitchen is available , i requested for a rice cooker and they happily brought the rice cooker the next day, the host is very accommodating, the unit is spacious compared to Tokyo . The location is near the center, quiet area , safe to walk ,we didnt even take train , we just walk going to the shopping area, grocery, park.
The host has given the check-in instructions in detail and can be easily understood. The location is a few minutes walk to the main train station. It is also located nearby convenience stores where you can grab something to eat.

Very cute and spacious apartment. Close to things and easy to find again. Laundry was slick too with a big pole for hanging things. It was pretty chilly out and this place was nice and warm! Plus umbrellas to borrow.
Only 8min walk to the center and Susukino station. The room was clean, cozy and fully equipped even for long-period stay.
The hotel is self-checkin/checkout.
The host is super friendly and helpful!
