Great location. Facilities good for a 3 star hotel.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and the best of all, free coffee that was excellent! And I forgot to mention the massage pillow that was excellent after a long day of walking.
Amazing hotel: big rooms, big entrance hall, great breakfast. It has the best shower I've used in my life, if you are not going to an onsen their shower alone can also leave equivalent great memories!

We had a couple of rooms and both of various size. Worth upgrading and getting the corner suites as the standard double rooms are on the tight side.
Very clean, good location, good breakfast, helpful people working there. Room was very comfortable, very convenient for festival.
