The room was very nice, clean, large. It could fit 4-6 people with 2 double beds on the carpeted area and 2 futons on a six tatami floor. The tatami area had a small table for 4 people. It has an onsen, pool, is near the ski area, and they have various activities for kids. There is a herb garden. (We didn't have time to do most of these activities.) Breakfast was good, almost exclusively Japanese style food. Management is very efficient.

Room is big and mixed of Japanese and Western style. Great onsen.

Various facilities to use such as ski, spa, Onsen, fitness, game center.

The spa/pool was great and the staff throughout the hotel were all ever so polite and helpful. The shuttle bus to the station and back was really helpful, but it could do with running a little bit later into the day. The buffet was excellent and the lunch at the restaurant was tremendous value and the hotel shop was very reasonably priced and had everything you needed.

Thanks to Hanaoka san at front desk. He arranged my dinner and breakfast and pick up bus. I had a good stay.
