The location is great, really close to Chinatown. The views over the bay were beautiful.
Great location in a nice harbor area, majestuos historical building , good size room , very nice view from the room

Although the hotel does not offer airport transportation, it is right next to an airport shuttle stop run by another bus company.
Beautiful historic hotel. Staff were excellent. Location - close to Chinatown - was great. Very convenient (short taxi ride) to International Cruise Terminal.
The location is excellent! Close to the china town and Minatomirai. The room is very clean! The view is amazing, especially at night. When I come to Yokohama next time, I will stay here again.
