The hotel room was very nice and the staff were amazing.
The service given by the staff members was exceptional; the facilities such as the free coffee in the morning, the living area and washing machine, were great; the rooms were well equipped and the beds really comfortable.
Close walk distance to nearest train and subway stations.
Very clean! Location is about 10 minutes walk from Shinbashi station. Might feel longer if you have bigger luggage. Staff was super friendly and very professional! 10/10
