Lots of amenities offered. Staff was very helpful and kind. clean and greatly affordable.
Convenient, somewhat affordable and included breakfast
Breakfast and dinner being included in the cost of the stay was a really good value, especially considering that the stay was a great price. The shuttle only runs in the morning, but was still very convenient for getting to town or to the resort to snowboard. Other amenities like the gear room were also very nice.
Free breakfast was good and the shuttle to the mountain was clutch. Also walking distance to Hirafu Village.
The included breakfast was good. The onsite restaurant is not expensive. Staff was friendly. They provide a free shuttle from the Kutchan station when you arrive and also a shuttle to the Hirafu base in the morning (it's not easy to get around on your own there).
I booked this place because it was the cheapest I could find in Niseko. I guess accounting for that, it was not bad. It was also kinda last minute booking. If I were to go to Niseko again and this place would be the cheapest, I would stay again.
