My husband loves the onsen and sauna.. He was very satisfied.
The interior design was luxurious and highly detailed in lacquer, marble, 2-tone chrome...similar to the old Capital or Okura before refurb. There are original chairs and light fixtures here,as well. I think the Nara Royal used to be on the edge of town overlooking the ancient Prefectural Halls in the rice fields (and on top of a natural hot spring)...now it is in town but close to 2 major thrifting shops! Service was top notch the whole way through.
The room was very big and clean my family very like it
It has a nice location, breakfast and onsen were really good! Stuffs are friendly and suggest to us the surrounding sightseeing places etc.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff was very courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond!
